Directions: Designated Entrance Area.
Registration Required before Set-Up.
Exhibitor Badges must be visible at all times.
Free Exhibitor parking.
Drive-in Access:
Exhibitors parking passes are free and must be displayed on dash at all times.
Parking pass is non-transferable.

BULK SPACE EXHIBITORS ONLY
Exhibitors may drive into the building. Quickly unload, go park your vehicle in the lot and then set-up your exhibit. This allows for your neighboring Exhibitors to drive in to unload.

Bulk Exhibitors may drive into the building. Quickly unload go park your vehicle in the Exhibitors lot and the set-up your exhibit. Booth Exhibitors hand carry your exhibits in, park your vehicle in the Exhibitors lot and then set-up your exhibit.

No vehicles will be allowed to drive on floor in Building A or Building B. All exhibits must be set up by 2pm to open show.
Late Arrival:
Exhibitors arriving after the show opens will not be permitted to set-up; reschedule at Show Desk for Friday set-up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tear-Down Instructions, Sunday:
All Exhibits must be intact and open to the public until 6:00 pm
NO EXCEPTIONS
6:00p.m. Vehicles may line-up behind Buildings A&B.
Vehicles will NOT be allowed to line up at the gates until after public show hours
Exhibitor vehicles are to enter the grounds at gates per set-up procedure as soon
as the public is clear from the grounds.
